Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is working on three prototypes of autonomous cars, incorporating special features ideal for Indian roads. TCS is working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in Japan and the USA, along with Tata-owned Jaguar, to make self-driving cars suitable for Indian roads. The prototypes can identify valet parking, fatal collisions and blind spots. TCS Automotive Engineering Services offers a wide spectrum of automotive engineering solutions in autonomous driving, connected services, infotainment, electrification and next-generation electrical and electronics architecture.
