ARAI Academy invites you to attend 2 days online oPIP on *Real Driving Emissions (RDE)* from 15-16 July 2021. Standard Driving Cycles which are currently used to determine vehicle emissions for Type Approval, do not represent realistic driving conditions. Practices like Real Driving Emission (RDE) test can help to bridge this gap. RDE is challenging since it adds the road as a new parameter for emissions testing, which brings additional challenges in the development phase.
The main aim of RDE oPIP is to focus on RDE background, regulations, explain testing procedures, post processing along with RDE test validity (pass/fail criteria), etc. with an aim to ensure maximum learning.
