We are glad to inform that we are organizing 2 days National Level Virtual Technical Event “AUTOSPARX-2021” on 18th and 19th Mar 2021. The event consists of various tech-talk on advanced automotive technologies such as Advance Automotive Emissions, Autonomous and Connected Vehicle, Electric and Hybrid Vehicles & Automotive Safety and Crash and also technical challenge activities such as Auto Quiz, Automotive Styling, Innovative Ideas, VAHAAN Hackathon and Autonomous Vehicle Simulation.
1. Important Dates

Registration only to attend Event 22 Jan - 15 Mar 2021

Submission of Tech Challenges Solution 26 Feb 2021

2. Registration Process
- All the interested student has to register using provided registration link: https://forms.gle/mFVAyEKjoBquacnu9.
- The event is free for student members of SAEINDIA having valid membership.
- The non-SAEINDIA members can participate in this event with registration fees of Rs. 236/- (200 + 18%GST).
3. Process to participate in Tech Talk and Technical Challenge Activities
- All registered students can attend tech talk during the event.
- All individual registered student can participate in Auto Quiz to be conducted during the event.
- The students who are interested to participate in technical challenge activities (other than Auto Quiz), have to select technical challenges at the time of registration before 10th Feb 2021.
- The students can participate in various technical challenges either individually or in the form of team of maximum 5 members.
- The problem statement for technical challenge activities (other than Auto Quiz) will be released to registered students by 12th Feb 2021.
- The team leader has to submit solution of given technical challenges (other than Auto Quiz) as per given poster format along with team details (as per given format) by 26th Feb 2021 through submission link only. (Link: https://forms.gle/XpZruKPLgDMX9TS29)
- The submission of technical challenges solution will not be considered after due date.
- Based on experts evaluation, only top 3 entries from each Tech Challenges will be selected and invited for presentation during AUTOSPARX-2021 event scheduled on 18th and 19th March 2021.
- The selected top 3 entries will be intimated by 15th March 2021 for presentation during Event.
4. Award & Prize
- The top 3 winners of each Tech Activity (including Auto Quiz) will be awarded with certificate and prize money as follows. 1st Prize – Rs. 10,000/-, 2nd Prize- Rs. 6,000/-, 3rd Prize – Rs. 4,000/-
- The topper of each tech activity will get chance to attend ONE Online Proficiency Improvement Program organized by ARAI Academy which they can availed before Jun 2021.
- All registered and attended students will be awarded with Participation Certification.
